Il creatore di Suits Aaron Korsh sta affrontando le preoccupazioni dei fan per il nuovo spin -off.
Korsh ha preso la X domenica per rispondere alle domande sui prossimi semi della NBC: LA Series, e ha specificamente affrontato le paure che lo spin -off rovinerà l’eredità dello spettacolo originale.
“Not trying to replace our beloved originals. Just a new crew working in a different city handling different kinds of cases,” Korsh ha dichiarato.
“It seems like people are all wishing it was the originals back,” Ha aggiunto in un altro post. “I expected this and can’t blame them. I can only hope they give Suits LA an open-minded try. If they do, I really believe they will grow to love it.”
Le cause originali sono andate trasmesse dal 2011 al 2019. Il dramma legale interpretato da Gabriel Macht, che ritorna in un ruolo ricorrente, così come Patrick J Adams, Sarah Rafferty, Gina Torres, Rick Hoffman e Meghan Markle.
Lo spin -off è stato annunciato nel 2023. Il nuovo spettacolo è interpretato da Stephen Amell, Josh McDermitt, Lex Scott Davis e Bryan Greenberg. Il trailer è caduto la scorsa settimana.
“I think if people watch it and give it a chance they will love it,” Korsh ha scritto.
Quando gli è stato chiesto in quale episodio Macht riapparirà come Harvey Spectre, Korsh ha risposto, “Can’t give that away just yet.”
